Methods of Delivery

To ensure that the flowers delivered are fresh,  we will be using the services provided by a network of professional florists.  
 

We deliver to all major towns and cities within West and East Malaysia and Labuan.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers and rural areas.

International Delivery

All99.com can now offer a delivery service for Hong Kong, Japan ,South Korea. For Philippines, Indonesia , Thailand and Vietnam only certain areas, you will need to check with us at least three days prior to delivery date by either calling us at 603-5631 5877 or email us at customerservice@all99.com or all99cs@gmail.com.

Delivery Time

For delivery to Malaysia you have the option for same day delivery if orders are received by us before 10 a.m Malaysian Time during Mondays to Saturdays. If orders are received by us after 10a.m (Malaysian Time) the earliest we can deliver is the following working day . 

There will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. For deliveries during peak occasions like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, please place your orders one week in advance to guarantee a delivery slot as well as availability.  

In any event, please state when you wish your flowers to be delivered at the Delivery Day box. If you wish you may also include a message to the recipient in the Message box.   

In the event that there are any issues with the delivery we will try our utmost to contact you either via phone or email. Please note if you are ordering from countries other than Malaysia there maybe a delay in reply due to the we are residing in a different time zones. In any event we will try to reply to you within 24 hours unless it is a public holiday

What do I do if I do not receive my goods
 

Once we have contacted you and notified you that we are processing your order and if you do not receive your purchases on the appointed day, please contact us either by calling us at 603-5631 5877 or email us at customerservice@all99.com or all99cs@gmail.com. In both these instances please include your name and order number so that we can investigate the matter & determine what had happened to your order. 

(Please note that there may be occasions whereby the recipient is not in on that particular day.  In these circumstances, our florists will be making arrangements with the recipient for a suitable delivery day.)             

Once we have discovered what had happened to your order we will contact you to ask you how you would like to proceed with the order.

Possible Delay in Delivery

Occasionally, a delay may occur in your delivery of your purchases due to:

We will of course do our utmost to keep you informed either by e-mail or phone in the event that this situation was to arise.

However, if you have not heard from us or receive your products within the specified period, we ask that you contact our customer service by phone or e-mail us at customerservice@all99.com or all99cs@gmail.com . Please provide us your name and order number.

Floral and Hamper Arrangements

Arrangements of flowers are in itself an art. You will find that no two arrangements look exactly the same. As such the floral arrangements featured gives a good guideline as to what you can expect. 

However, if your flowers are being delivered outside of the Klang Valley, our affiliates are professionals that will recreate designs based on their creative interpretation

Hampers delivered outside of the Klang Valley require the services of our courier company and as such they will be delivered in the form of a gift box rather than the usual hamper style. This is to ensure that the goods reach the recipient in perfect condition
